Bayshore BTO (Bayshore Walk) (name TBC)
Project Details
About This Project
One of two October 2026 BTO sites in the new Bayshore estate in Bedok. Official name TBC. This is the smaller of the pair, about 860 flats: 350 2-room Flexi and 510 4-room. Planned on-site: a minimart, shops and a preschool. It sits along Bayshore Drive and Bayshore Walk, next to Bayshore MRT on the Thomson-East Coast Line. Prices, site plans and the brochure are not out.
Together with the neighbouring Bayshore Road project, the two sites offer about 2,500 flats (about 1,240 2-room Flexi, 1,170 4-room and 90 3-room). Analysts expect both to be Plus, in line with the first Bayshore BTOs from October 2024 — not confirmed until launch. Plus, if confirmed, means a 10-year MOP and subsidy clawback.
Bayshore is planned as a waterfront precinct beside East Coast Park. An underpass at Bayshore MRT leads toward the beach. Parkway Parade and i12 Katong are a few TEL stops away. The first Bayshore public housing round was in October 2024; those official names are not yet on RecordBTO. Other Bedok projects include Ping Yi Court and Bedok South Bloom.
Nearly half the Bayshore supply this round is 2-room Flexi, so singles and downsizers will look here. Families chasing a 4-room at the East Coast will share the 1,170-unit pool across both sites. Submit HFE documents by 15 September 2026 if you want to apply in October.
