Bayshore BTO (Bayshore Road) (name TBC)

The larger of the two October 2026 Bayshore BTOs in Bedok. Official name TBC. About 1,640 flats: 890 2-room Flexi, 90 3-room and 660 4-room. This is the only Bayshore site this round with 3-room flats, and the largest project in the October exercise. Planned on-site: an eating house, shops, preschools, an Active Ageing Centre and a kidney dialysis centre. Prices and the brochure are not out.

The plot is bounded by Bayshore Drive and Bayshore Road, with Bayshore MRT (TEL) at the southern edge. Together with the Bayshore Walk project, supply is about 2,500 flats. Analysts expect Plus classification, matching the first Bayshore BTOs — HDB will confirm at launch.

Bayshore is a new waterfront estate beside East Coast Park. Other Bedok launches on RecordBTO include Ping Yi Court and Bedok South Bloom. School distance (including Temasek Primary / Temasek Secondary) can only be checked once postal codes are out.

If you need a 3-room in Bayshore, this is the only October option. Submit HFE documents by 15 September 2026. Official names, prices and site plans come at the sales launch.
