About This Project

Toa Payoh West @ Caldecott is HDB's working title for the November 2026 project next to Caldecott MRT interchange. The official sales name is still TBC. HDB will offer about 1,430 flats here: 590 2-room Flexi, 580 4-room, and about 260 Community Care Apartments — Toa Payoh's first CCAs. About 230 public rental flats sit on the same five-block site but are not in the BTO ballot. Prices, site plans and the brochure are not out yet.

This is expected to be Prime — analysts told The Straits Times it is likely the only Prime project in October. Classification, clawback percentage and the 10-year MOP rules will only be confirmed at launch. There are no 3-room or 5-room flats in this mix.

The site is beside Caldecott station, where the Circle Line and Thomson-East Coast Line meet. On-site amenities reported so far include a food court, fast-food restaurant, supermarket, shops, a preschool and an Active Ageing Centre, plus a new neighbourhood park. A mixed-use development on the scale of Woodleigh Mall is planned nearby, and the Toa Payoh Integrated Development (sports and lifestyle hub) is targeted around 2030.

This continues the Toa Payoh West / Mount Pleasant build-out that already includes Mount Pleasant Crest. Other Toa Payoh projects on RecordBTO include Toa Payoh Ascent and Toa Payoh Ridge. June 2026 Prime comparables are Lakeview Cascadia and Berlayar Rise.

Apply with a valid HDB Flat Eligibility (HFE) letter. From 24 August 2026 the family income ceiling is $16,000 a month ($8,000 for eligible singles aged 35+). Submit supporting documents by 25 September 2026 if you want to ballot in November. Official names and prices come out at the sales launch.
