Yishun BTO at Chencharu (name TBC)

This is the fifth BTO in the new Chencharu estate, for the October 2026 sales exercise. The official name is still TBC. HDB's preview puts it at about 1,580 flats: 390 2-room Flexi, 80 3-room, 460 4-room and 650 5-room — the largest 5-room supply in this launch. Two preschools are planned on site. Prices, floor plans and the brochure are not out yet.

Classification is expected to be Standard (5-year MOP, no subsidy clawback). HDB will confirm Standard / Plus / Prime at launch. The site is bounded by Yishun Walk and Yishun Avenue 2, opposite HomeTeamNS Khatib, about a five-minute walk from Khatib MRT on the North-South Line.

Chencharu is planned for around 10,000 homes. Earlier projects on RecordBTO are Chencharu Hills, Chencharu Green, Chencharu Vines and Chencharu Grove. Northpoint City, Yishun Park and Lower Seletar Reservoir Park sit in the wider town; a future hawker centre and integrated development are still on the precinct plan.

This is the volume Standard option for families who want a 5-room. Apply with a valid HFE letter and submit documents by 15 September 2026 if you intend to ballot in October.
