Singapore's first BTO launch of 2026 brings 4,100 new flats across six towns, offering homebuyers a wide range of locations and flat types to choose from.
The February 2026 sales exercise features projects in Tampines, Woodlands, Jurong West, Choa Chu Kang, Yishun, and Queenstown. Flat types range from 2-room Flexi to 5-room units, with prices starting from as low as ,000 (excluding grants) for a 2-room Flexi flat.
Key highlights of the launch:
• Tampines GreenVista: 780 units near Tampines North MRT (TEL), with estimated waiting time of 3.5 years
• Woodlands Verdale: 650 units near Woodlands South MRT, featuring smart home provisions
• Jurong West Crest: 720 units close to Jurong Point and Pioneer MRT
• Choa Chu Kang Grove: 580 units near Choa Chu Kang MRT/LRT interchange
• Yishun Meadows: 670 units with proximity to Northpoint City
• Queenstown Skyline: 700 units in the mature town with 3.3-year shortest wait
Applicants can submit their applications online via the HDB InfoWEB from 2 February to 8 February 2026. Results of the ballot are expected to be released by April 2026.
With the enhanced CPF Housing Grants offering up to ,000 for eligible first-timer families, the effective prices for many units are significantly lower, making homeownership more accessible for Singaporeans.
