The June 2026 BTO sales exercise is now open. HDB is offering 6,952 new Build-To-Order flats across 7 projects in 5 towns, and more than 2,500 of them will have waiting times of around 3 years or less.
Applications close on Wednesday, 24 June 2026 at 11:59pm. Successful applicants will be determined by a computer ballot, not on a first-come-first-served basis. There's no advantage to applying early, but don't miss the deadline.
Prime Projects
Two Prime-classified projects this launch, both in mature estates.
Berlayar Rise (Bukit Merah) - 1,960 units
The largest project of the exercise. Berlayar Rise sits on the former Keppel Club site as part of the Greater Southern Waterfront. Telok Blangah MRT on the Circle Line is basically at the doorstep. The project offers 2-Room Flexi, 3-Room, and 4-Room flats, and at nearly 2,000 units it's one of the biggest single BTO launches in recent years.
Prime classification means a 10-year MOP and subsidy recovery on resale. The location is hard to beat though. HarbourFront MRT, VivoCity, and Sentosa are all close by.
Lakeview Cascadia (Bishan) - 1,221 units
Lakeview Cascadia brings public housing to the Lakeview area for the first time in over 40 years. Located near Marymount MRT on the Circle Line and next to MacRitchie Reservoir, the project offers 2-Room Flexi and 4-Room flats across blocks ranging from 18 to 40 storeys.
The Bishan address is one of Singapore's most central residential towns. Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park, Bishan MRT interchange, and Junction 8 are all nearby. Like Berlayar Rise, Lakeview Cascadia is Prime with a 10-year MOP and subsidy recovery.

Kebun Baru Breeze offers 2-Room Flexi and 4-Room flats near Mayflower MRT on the Thomson-East Coast Line. The project sits close to Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park, which is one of the largest urban parks in Singapore.
Plus classification means a 5-year MOP with moderate subsidy recovery on resale. Less restrictive than Prime, but there are income ceilings.
Kebun Baru Ridge (Ang Mo Kio) - 485 units
Located along Ang Mo Kio Avenue 2, Kebun Baru Ridge offers 3-Room and 4-Room flats with a wait time of just 3 years and 1 month. That's one of the fastest completions in a mature estate. It's situated opposite CHIJ St Nicholas Girls' School, which is a big deal for families with young children. A minimart and eating house within the development add convenience.
Like its sister project Kebun Baru Breeze, Kebun Baru Ridge is Plus-classified with a 5-year MOP.

Next to Sembawang Brook, Sembawang Portico has the shortest waiting time of the entire launch at about 2 years and 7 months. It offers 2-Room Flexi, 3-Room, 4-Room, and 5-Room flats across 3 residential blocks, including one integrated block with sold and rental flats.
For budget-conscious buyers who want larger flats at affordable prices and don't need a mature estate address, Sembawang Portico and Brook are the ones to look at.
Woodgrove Acres (Woodlands) - 640 units
Near Marsiling MRT, Woodgrove Acres offers 2-Room Flexi, 3-Room, 4-Room, and 5-Room flats. It covers a broad range of buyers, from singles wanting a compact 2-Room Flexi to families needing a 5-Room flat. The Woodlands location gives access to the upcoming Woodlands North Coast development and the expanded Thomson-East Coast Line.

From this sales launch onwards, the allocation quota under the Third Child Priority Scheme has been doubled from 5% to 10%. Families with three or more children get higher chances of securing a BTO or Sale of Balance Flats unit.
How to Apply
You need a valid HDB Flat Eligibility (HFE) letter before you can apply. If you already have one, log in to the HDB InfoWEB with Singpass, select your preferred project and flat type, pay the $10 application fee, and submit. You can only apply for one flat type in one project per sales exercise.
If you don't have an HFE letter yet, apply now. The HFE e-Service will be temporarily unavailable during the application period.
