Tengah BTO at Garden Avenue (name TBC)

Tengah's first BTO since October 2023, launching in October 2026. Official name TBC. About 710 flats along Tengah Garden Avenue in the Plantation precinct: 160 2-room Flexi, 50 3-room, 250 4-room, 200 5-room and 50 3Gen. This is the only October project with every family flat type, including 3Gen. Planned on-site: an eating house, minimart, shops and a preschool. Prices and the brochure are not out.

Classification is expected to be Standard. The site is bounded by Tengah Garden Avenue, Plantation Close (under construction) and the PIE — stacks nearer the expressway may take more traffic noise. ST reported a five- to 10-minute walk to two upcoming Jurong Region Line stations (opening in stages 2028–2029). Plantation Plaza and Parc Point already serve residents who have collected keys.

Earlier Plantation / Garden projects on RecordBTO include Plantation Verge, Garden Court @ Tengah and Parc Clover @ Tengah. A future Tengah Garden Galleria mall is planned near the upcoming Hong Kah MRT station.

If you want a 5-room or 3Gen at Standard rules, this is the only mature-town-alternative mixed typology this round. Submit HFE documents by 15 September 2026 if you want to ballot in October.
