Three Build-To-Order projects in the Punggol Northshore district have collectively reached the 75% construction completion mark, putting them on track for Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) by Q3 2026.

The projects — Northshore Edge, Northshore Cove, and Northshore Vista — together comprise over 2,200 residential units ranging from 2-room Flexi to 5-room flats.

Construction progress breakdown:

• Northshore Edge (1,020 units): 78% complete, structural works finished, facade installation ongoing
• Northshore Cove (680 units): 74% complete, internal M&E works progressing well
• Northshore Vista (540 units): 73% complete, finishing works for lower blocks have begun

Punggol Northshore is one of Singapores most anticipated new residential districts, positioned as a waterfront living precinct along the Punggol Waterway. The area benefits from:

• Direct MRT access via Punggol Coast MRT station (CRL), operational since 2024
• Proximity to the new Punggol Digital Campus (Singapore Institute of Technology)
• Waterfront promenade and parks along Punggol Waterway
• Upcoming Northshore Plaza neighbourhood centre with hawker centre, supermarket, and retail shops
• Smart town features including automated waste collection and smart lighting

For the approximately 2,200 households awaiting their new homes, the 75% milestone signals that the finish line is within sight. HDB has indicated that the TOP timeline remains on schedule, and flat buyers can expect to receive their keys from September 2026 onwards.

The completion of these projects will mark a significant step in the development of Punggol Northshore as a vibrant, sustainable waterfront community.
